Kenzie’s Corner

Hi friends! Life has been so super hectic for me literally out of nowhere, but I finally took some time to bake yesterday. I’ve been asking people in my life what they would like me to bake for them, and one of my friends made a request that I simply could not ignore. I want to loop back to the Introducing Me! post that I made where I talked about working in a pie shop when I was in high school. One of the pies I made on almost a daily basis back then was in fact key lime pie

Hey guys! It has been soooooo hot in Texas up until literally two days ago, and while it’s not as cool as I want it to be, it definitely feels like the end of the hot weather is maybe upon us. With this being said, it’s kind of finally starting to feel like fall, and I wanted to bake something in celebration of that. This is how we ended up with this recipe and post.

Hi guys!! Kenzie here. As of right now, I’m pretty positive that every view on this blog has been from my friends. Shoutout y’all, you guys are the best. That being said, I do still want to take a tiny moment to just yap about myself, just in case this goes somewhere someday.

Hey guys!! First recipe I’m posting which is kind of a big deal! This is one of my favorites, a Kenzie classic if you will, and I won’t lie to you. If you do it right, it’s kind of a labor of love. But it’s so incredibly worth it. These strawberry rolls (with a homemade strawberry jam if you’re feeling fancy) fresh out of the oven are a brunch game changer (or the perfect thing to surprise your coworkers with when you get the urge to bake at 3 pm)
